Search alerts are a quick and easy way to keep track of great deals! Alerts are a free service that will send you email notifications when new ads match your search criteria. For example, you can subscribe to receive a daily email of all the newest cars for sale in your area that are also within your price range—pretty great, right?
To create an alert:
| 1 | Enter search criteria into the search bar. For the most accurate results, select at least a category, location, and some keywords. Click Search. |
| 2 | From the search results page, you can add search filters such as price ranges, Offering vs. Wanted, and more (options vary by category). |
| 3 | Once you have your search set up the way you want, click the “Notify me when new ads are posted” button. |
If you’re already signed in to your Kijiji account, the alert will be created right away. A notice will appear at the top of the page letting you know that the alert has been created.
If you’re not signed in, a window will appear prompting you to enter your account details. Once you’ve signed in, the alert will be created.
To unsubscribe from an alert, use the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the alert email.
